ROBINSON safety and hygiene concept
An important basis for carefree holidays is a comprehensive safety and hygiene concept. In our resorts we have already implemented the 10-point plan developed for all TUI hotel brands in 2020. The precautions at ROBINSON continue to be based on TUI's safety and hygiene concept. Due to the dynamic development of the pandemic, we regularly review our measures and adapt them to the current situation if necessary. Depending on the region of the resort, we naturally also observe local laws and regulations. The current hygiene measures can be found in the ROBINSON App: select you resort, click on A-Z and on the COVID-19 folder. The safety of our guests always has the highest priority at ROBINSON, especially against the background of possible restrictions.
