DIVING AND SNORKELLING*
Pristine coral reefs, resort-owned house reef and exotic marine life. The ROBINSON dive centre is organised through PADI and the instructors are trained in accordance with the relevant association regulations.

Glide across the waves with ROBINSON and our catamaran courses for beginner and advanced sailors. You can expect high-quality equipment, professional supervision by our licensed instructors and, of course, a water sports school right on the beach.

WINDSURFING*
Have you always wanted to try windsurfing? Then come and learn with ROBINSON. We offer courses for beginners and advanced surfers at our wonderful beach – with state-of-the-art equipment and professionally supervised by licensed instructors.

STAND-UP PADDLING*
Paddling across the water while standing up has not only become increasingly popular over the years but has also been officially recognised as a sport. Test your balance, strength and stamina and enjoy the beautiful scenery as you circle the entire ROBINSON Island.

Although padel, or padel tennis, is still a very young sport, it is one of the fastest growing sports in the world. Developed in Mexico in 1965, the modern game was introduced to Europe in Marbella, southern Spain, in 1974.

Equipment: 

• 1 padel court (artificial turf with quartz sand)

Free of charge:

• Taster courses with rules and safety instructions
• Use of padel court including racket and ball hire
• Reservation of padel court > 24 hours in advance (separate request required)
• Guest tournaments (offer subject to availability)

Padel is played exclusively in doubles, usually in 3 sets, and basically follows the rules of tennis. Points are also counted as in tennis.

RULES OF PLAY:

Serve

• First serve from the right side, the player stands behind the baseline 
• Underhand stroke — bounce the ball on the floor and hit it at or below hip level 
• Ball must be hit into the diagonally opposite two-part T-field 
• Ball must not hit anything other than the glass, not the fence
   

Rallies

• The use of the back and side walls as a playing field is permitted 
• The ball must bounce once in the field of play before it touches the wall 
• The ball may touch down no more than once 
• The ball may only be played back when it has passed the net 
• Volleys are allowed 
• A player may hit it against its own walls to get the ball over the net
