Our new ROBINSON CLUB IERAPETRA will be open for the start of the summer season on the south coast of Crete with its beaches and rocky coastlines. Our third Greek resort is an Eldorado for active holidaymakers, including couples, single travellers and families. Our sports arena with tennis, football, sports pool and beach volleyball are perfect for finding playing partners and teams for friendly matches. The 2.2 km fine pebble beach with golden sand is ideal for sunbathing before finishing the day with a glass of wine on the terrace. Our youngest guests can enjoy ROBY CLUB® with its 1800 m² of fun, games and exciting adventures.

Children and teenagers aged 3–17 will find a comprehensive range of sports, entertainment, play and care services at our resort. ROBY® BABY facilities allow parents to borrow baby sets, including baby monitors and children's buggies (reservation required). The ROBY CLUB offers timetabled programmes for 3–6 year olds in both German and English. Teens aged 13–17 have the perfect place to chill in the ROBS area, allowing mum and dad to enjoy sports or walks on the beach without worry.

For flexible guests (RoomHoppers) we have rooms in a period that's usually booked out. This allows you to spend your favourite time of year at your favourite resort. You also have the opportunity to check out more room categories and even get a room upgrade while still paying the price of the cheapest category. Depending on availability and length of stay, you may have to change your resort room up to four times. You will be informed of the exact room category and number of changes at check-in.

Room changes mean leaving your room by 11 am. Your new room will be available no later than 3 pm on the same day.

The ROBINSON luggage service will look after your bags. RoomHoppers simply leave their packed bags or suitcases in their current room and will find them again in the new room. You are welcome to leave any valuables at reception.

The taxi transfer from the Heraklion Airport (HER) (100 km) to ROBINSON CLUB IERAPETRA takes approx. 90 min.

Arrival at the club
The rooms at ROBINSON CLUB IERAPETRA are available for check-in from 3 pm on the day of arrival. Checkout time is until 11 am. Checkout time can be extended until 6 pm on your day of departure, subject to availability and prior arrangement with reception. A charge of £ 40 is payable for this service.

For Greece a tourist tax is charged starting from 01.01.2018 according to a current resolution of the Greek government. The tourist tax is calculated according to the classification of the hotel. For the ROBINSON CLUB IERAPETRA it is about 4 € per room / night and has to be paid on arrival or departure.
