    With a view of the endless sandy beach and the deep blue sea, it's so wonderful to relax. During Pilates, yoga & dance or qi gong on the beach, you can feel the sand under your feet and the sea breeze on your skin. The gentle yoga sessions, accompanied by the soothing sounds of the hang drum, lead you into a state of deep relaxation. Your daily highlight: yoga, meditation, or tai chi sessions at the spectacular sunrise. This way, your day starts with energy and serenity.

    Meet our experts

    Irina Warmbach

    Born in Bamberg in 1989, Irina is a passionate trainer for various group fitness and body & mind concepts. However, her true love is yoga and meditation. She has been teaching since she was 16 and discovered yoga at the age of 24. In 2019, she developed the YONGA concept together with Christian Spörri and the IFHIAS Institute. Irina is also a trainer for WellFit-Aktiv Robins in the field of yoga and meditation.

    Her passion is to share the message that change and development are possible through the combination of simple and gentle movements and mental focus. Often, less is more, and simplicity offers greater potential for connecting with oneself—with the body, mind, and soul.

    Awai Cheung

    Awai Cheung has been learning from Asian grandmasters since childhood. As a speaker, lecturer, and health coach, Awai Cheung has been inspiring and motivating small, medium-sized, and DAX companies for more than 25 years. 

    His prevention concept “Business Qigong” complies with the current prevention guidelines “Areas of action and criteria of the GKV-Spitzenverband (National Association of Statutory Health Insurance Funds) according to § 20 SGB V” and has been certified by the Cooperation Association of Statutory Health Insurance Funds through the Central Prevention Agency. www.Business-Qigong.com

     

     

     

    Kevin Richter

    Kevin Richter studied fitness economics from 2010 to 2013 and has been passionately involved in the fitness world ever since. He is a certified personal trainer, motivational and nutrition coach and combines training science with practical, everyday concepts in his work. 

    He started as a HOT IRON trainer in 2013 and just two years later, in 2015, he became a HOT IRON master trainer, convinced by a concept that combines systematic, scientifically based training with motivation and a clear structure. Since 2020, he has also been a master trainer for KORCE Core & Mobility Training and, since 2024, for BOOSTAR Cardio Workout.

    Kevin loves the Experts United programmes because they embody exactly what he values in training: a clear, systematic structure, noticeable effectiveness, cool music and lots of fun.

    He also lives this diversity in his private life: his own training is a mixture of bodybuilding, functional training, mobility and cardio. His goal is to inspire people to enjoy training that not only delivers results but is also fun – in line with his motto: there are many ways to reach your goal, I'll show you the easiest one.

    Avi

    Avi is a certified yoga teacher who is passionate about inspiring others to practice yoga and become teachers themselves. She firmly believes that the world needs more healers—something that AI can never replace. Avi stays up to date with modern yoga styles and strives to make yoga accessible to everyone.

    Seven years ago, she brought official Antigravity Yoga to Vietnam. For the past four years, she has been the representative of Inside Flow in Vietnam and has organized numerous training courses throughout the country. In 2017, she left Ho Chi Minh City and moved to Da Nang, where she soon began teaching aerial yoga. In 2020, she added Inside Flow to her repertoire and opened the first official Inside Flow studio in Da Nang, Vietnam, in 2024.

     

     

     

     

    Maja Fritzon 

    For Maja, movement is a source of strength, energy, and self-confidence. Growing up as a dancer, she began her career after four years of professional dance training and gained many years of valuable stage experience. Through this intensive work with her body, posture, and expression, she discovered her passion for yoga and Pilates, which has been the focus of her work ever since. Today, her focus is on the mat, where she helps people develop balance, strength, and inner clarity.

    Her classes are lively, powerful, and inspiring—sometimes dynamic and energetic, sometimes calm and mentally strengthening. It's not just about movement, but about feeling the connection to your own body, recharging your batteries, and leaving the class feeling stronger. This clearly shows what Maja stands for: Strong Body. Peaceful Mind. Joyful Life!
