The fitness program at ROBINSON Clubs is characterized by our holistic WellFit concept, of which fitness is a cornerstone. We combine professional training, mental relaxation, and mindful nutrition into a seamless lifestyle experience. The offerings at the clubs range from dynamic group fitness like HIIT or strength training to body & mind formats such as yoga and Pilates, all the way to state-of-the-art studios with premium equipment from manufacturers like Technogym or eGym. A standout feature at many clubs is the spectacular outdoor training areas. What also makes our program special is the guidance provided by licensed trainers as well as exclusive event weeks featuring well-known professional athletes. The entire course program and studio access are already included in the tour price. We support you holistically in getting fit and staying fit. This means that we perfectly complement your fitness program with the healthy WellFood nutrition concept in our restaurants.

    Yes, you can use the fitness areas for free. Group fitness classes are also included. You have to pay extra for personal training.

  • Are there any trainers on site?

    At the clubs, you'll be guided by professional fitness trainers.

  • Can I do rehabilitation exercises at the club?

    We do not offer specialized rehabilitation programs at our clubs. However, our holistic Wellfit concept can help you recover. We recommend speaking with our trainers on-site about specific exercises or equipment. You can also contact us before your trip if you have any special fitness-related requests.

  • Do I need to book classes like aqua fitness in advance?

    The best way to sign up for AquaFit and other classes is in person at the club. Please register directly at the spa.

  • Are the fitness classes suitable for beginners as well?

    Group fitness classes are generally offered for all skill levels, from beginners to advanced participants.

  • Are the fitness areas open 24 hours a day?

    The fitness areas are usually closed overnight. At most clubs, you can work out from early morning until late at night. It’s best to check the opening hours and schedule directly at the club or via the club’s app.

  • Can I also do strength training at the gym?

    The fitness areas at our clubs are equipped with state-of-the-art fitness equipment. You can also do strength training there.

  • Does every ROBINSON club offer a fitness program?

    Every ROBINSON Club offers a fitness program. You can find the exact times and activities via the club app or on-site.
