Guided mountain bike tours are a fantastic opportunity to get to know the hidden natural beauty of your holiday region. On mountain bike tours for beginners, your experienced guide will introduce you to the shifting and riding technique in a relaxed manner on flat terrain. After the instruction nothing stands in the way of an easy tour with up to about 300 metres of altitude.

Newcomers and returning bikers who have already gained some experience cycle off the beaten path on advanced mountain bike tours. Demanding mountain bike tours aim at ambitious cycling professionals who love fast speed and want to overcome great heights in difficult terrain.

Biking on holiday: guided or individual tours

Guided half-day or full-day mountain bike tours for a range of abilities (easy, moderate, hard) are a popular attraction at our ROBINSON clubs. Via carefully selected routes, we will guide you through the most scenic landscapes at your chosen holiday destination. Cycle to the top of mountains, through lush meadows, past fragrant fields, and charming mountain villages. And enjoy every stop to rest along the route.

New: Rent An E-Bike

You can now rent e-bikes at selected resorts. Thanks to their powerful electric motor, e-bikes offer gentle support and lots of fun. E-Bikes are suitable for sporty bikers or leisurely cyclists.

Our trained tour guides ensure that biking is a safe pleasure for you! The Bike ROBINS are trained according to the latest quality standards of the German Alpine Curriculum. In some ROBINSON clubs the tours are offered directly by our Bike ROBINS, in other resorts we collaborate with qualified external companies (for a fee).

Do you like steep hills instead of gentle slopes? And prefer a fast pace to a leisurely one? No problem! As an ambitious cycling professional, you will be challenged on our demanding bike tours. From the ROBINSON SCHLANITZEN ALM and as a passionate mountain biker, you can even take a detour to Italy during your cycling holidays.

Bike Tours for Beginners
Want to rediscover the joy of cycling? Then our beginner tours are ideal for you! Alongside an experienced bike guide, you ride relaxed on flat terrain and experience the charming and varied nature from your bike. On mountain bike tours, you will be instructed in the shifting and riding techniques of the bikes, so that you easily master moderate training tours with up to 300 metres difference in altitude.

For our medium-difficulty bike tours, you should already have some experience on a mountain bike, as we will be biking off the beaten track – conquering altitude differences of up to 700 metres. This endeavour is strenuous, but makes you feel good and is just a lot of fun!

Mountain bike holidays at ROBINSON

In selected ROBINSON clubs in Germany, Austria and under the Mediterranean sun, you experience a varied mountain bike holiday as a beginner or real cycling pro. Experienced tour guides know the best routes and descents for all levels.

If you prefer to explore nature on your own, rent a bike locally for family or solo excursions. At the bike stations of the clubs, you find not only mountain bikes, but also trekking and racing bikes as well as e-bikes (if available) to lend for the day.

For an all-round relaxed and enjoyable stay, the accommodation price in the ROBINSON clubs includes full board or all-inclusive service. After a strenuous tour, unwind in the spacious WellFit area or feel your energy slowly returning after a massage.

For a particularly varied active holiday, the ROBINSON clubs in the countryside, by the sea and in the mountains offer many other sports activities. And the fun continues well into the evening – a sophisticated entertainment programme makes you stay awake just a little bit longer.

CANYON.BASE: Professional Bike Station on Majorca

At the ROBINSON CALA SERENA on Mallorca, you can rent a bike for your next tour at the Canyon.Base or sign up for an accompanied bike tour across the island. More than 60 road bikes and 40 mountain bikes are available at the rental station. CANYON.BASE closes for a certain period in December and January. During these months, an early booking request is required by October. Make your booking request via email: base.mallorca@canyon.com.
