Our new BalAyur concept (Bal = balance, Ayur = life) is based on the principles of Ayurveda and combines WellFit Active, WellFit Spa and Food & Beverage.

• WellFit-Aktiv: selected sports and personal training sessions specifically tailored to the body’s needs. These include walking classes, functional training, Pilates, meditation and yoga.
• WellFit-Spa: Abhyanga (Ayurvedic full-body massage) available to book as part of the Ayurvedic massage programme.

ROBY BABY EQUIPMENT (from 0 years)

This is our service for parents with young children aged 0 and over. Among other things, we provide baby kits and supplementary sets, as well as pushchairs. As quantities are limited, a booking is required via DjerbaBahiya@robinson.com.

ROBY CLUB (2–6 years)

The ROBY CLUB offers activities for SUPER MINIS, MINIS and MAXIS. Here, in a safe environment and under the loving care of our ROBINS, children can make new friends, go on little adventures and play to their heart’s content.

SUPER MINIS (2-year-olds)

• Daily childcare by the hour from 10.00 am – 12.00 pm, 4.00 pm – 6.00 pm and 7.30 pm – 9.00 pm
• These times are based on the programme times for the MINIS and MAXIS at the ROBY CLUB. They are also tailored to the parents’ sports activities.
• Childcare takes place in and around the ROBY CLUB premises.
• During these times, small-scale, age-appropriate play and craft activities are offered.
• Supervision is provided by professionally trained childcare staff.
• There is no limit on the number of participants.
• The cut-off date for participation is the child’s date of birth. Children under the age of 2 are not accepted – not even if they will reach the age limit in two weeks’ time.
• Parents must hand their children over to the Kinder ROBINS at the ROBY CLUB with a fresh nappy on and collect them from there again. Should the need arise during the childcare session, the Kinder ROBINS will change the nappies.
• Parents must provide a change of clothes, water bottles and nappies.
• The Kinder ROBINS do not accompany the children to their meals; this remains the responsibility of the parents.
• Two-year-olds will not take part in the children’s disco with the ROBINS in the evening. This ensures greater safety in fulfilling the duty of supervision.

MINIS (3–4 years) and MAXIS (5–6 years)¹

• All day from 09:00 to 21:00, 7 days a week
• Languages: German and English

R.O.B.Y. (7–12 years)

Whether it’s sport, creative activities or play – there’s something for everyone in the R.O.B.Y. programme. Fun is always the main focus of all programmes.

• Hourly programmes during the main school holidays, 7 days a week
• Age groups: 7–9 years and 10–12 years, or 7–12 years¹
• Languages: German and English

ROBS² (13–17 years)

At ROBINSON, young people aged 13 and over call themselves ROBS. Here you can look forward to parties, games and fun with the young ROBINS. Whether it’s sports events or disco nights, youth shows, creative workshops or adventure trips – the ROBS feel right at home here.

• ROBS sports: ‘Sportstainment’ (football, beach volleyball, water polo, etc.) specially designed for teenagers

ROBY SHARKY SWIMMING SCHOOL*

Here, children can learn to swim effectively, safely and in a fun way during their holidays with licensed SHARKY swimming instructors, tailored to their age group (subject to a fee).

Our water sports station is open all day and provides daily equipment and area briefings as well as modern, technically high-quality equipment for use. All water sports staff are trained VDWS trainers and hold the respective VDWS licences.

CATAMARAN SAILING
ROBINSON lets you soar over the waves with our catamaran courses: from beginner to advanced. You can expect high-quality equipment, professional supervision by our licensed instructors and, of course, a water sports school right on the beach.

• Area: well suited to beginners and children, suitable for advanced sailors

STAND-UP PADDLING
Paddling across the water on your feet is becoming more and more popular and has long been a recognised sport. Test your balance, strength and endurance against a beautiful backdrop here at the ROBINSON Club.

PADEL

Although padel, also known as padel tennis, is still a very new sport, it is one of the fastest-growing sports worldwide. Developed in Mexico in 1965, the modern game was introduced to Europe in 1974 in Marbella, in southern Spain.

Facilities:

• Booking of padel courts, including equipment hire (rackets and balls), is possible via the ROBINSON app from 24 hours in advance. For bookings made more than 24 hours in advance, a separate enquiry is required.

Padel is played exclusively as a doubles game, usually over three sets, and generally follows the rules of tennis. Points are scored in the same way as in tennis.

Rules of the game:

Serve

• First serve from the right-hand side; the player stands behind the baseline
• Underhand serve – let the ball bounce on the ground and play it no higher than hip height
• The ball must be played into the diagonally opposite two-part T-area
• The ball may hit the glass at most, but not the fence

Rally

• The back and side walls may be used as part of the playing area
• The ball must bounce once on the playing area before it touches the wall
• The ball may bounce no more than once
• The ball may only be returned once it has passed the net
• Volley shots are permitted
• Players may hit the ball against their own walls to get it over the net

PICKLEBALL

Pickleball was invented in the USA in 1965 and is a cross between tennis, badminton and table tennis. It is played on a small court with paddle-like rackets and a perforated plastic ball. The ‘kitchen’ is a special zone by the net where volleys are not permitted.

Equipment:

• 1 pickleball court

• Use of the pickleball court can be booked via the ROBINSON app from 24 hours in advance

For a fee:

• Hire of JOOLA rackets and balls
• Booking the pickleball court more than 24 hours in advance (separate enquiry required)

Rules of the game and instructions:

• The game is played as singles or doubles to 11 points, with a minimum lead of 2 points.
• Pickleball requires a hard, hollow ball with holes, a racket (paddle) and a court measuring 13.41m x 6.10m with a net 86.36cm high.
• Generally speaking, pickleball is easier to learn than tennis and can be enjoyed by people of all ages.

Do you need a suitable match partner at your level? There are always plenty of suitable candidates to be found on our well-maintained courts. Are you looking for a tennis coach to improve your game and who'll adapt to your level? All of our licensed coaches tailor themselves to the needs and wishes of our guests. Do you need excellent quality rackets and balls? We believe that first-class equipment is essential for quality tennis. All you need now is a bit of grit, desire, passion and your tennis shoes.
