Currently, the entry regulations of numerous countries change almost every hour. As soon as a country changes its entry requirements and therefore entry is no longer possible for you as a customer, we proactively cancel your bookings and inform you immediately.

Through the ROBINSON snow guarantee we are giving you our winter promise: If at least 75% of the lifts in the ski region (area covered by ski pass) are not open due to lack of snow seven days before arrival at your ROBINSON CLUB, you can transfer your booking free of charge up to five days before your arrival.
Lift closures due to extreme weather conditions, e.g. storms or severe weather, are excluded from the snow guarantee. The usual rebooking fee payable shall be waived and the advertised prices from the relevant club's winter program at the time of the rebooking shall apply to the alternative stay (N.B.: early booking price advantages cannot be transferred).
The ROBINSON snow guarantee applies to four ROBINSON CLUBS in Austria and to all ROBINSON CLUBS in Switzerland for Winter 2019/2020 during the period of travel from 4 January 2019 (first arrival) to 07 March 2020 (last arrival).
In the event of guarantee circumstances, you can rebook your club stay at a later time or at an alternative ROBINSON CLUB for the same period or a different one within the 2019/2020 winter season, free of charge and subject to availability.
